• Ensure smooth transactions by documenting and monitoring all trade deals, guaranteeing prompt delivery of metals and timely payment collection.

• Maintain an organized workflow by updating our CRM system with supplier and business lead information, as well as follow-up statuses.

Skills / Experience Requirement:

1. Educational Background

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

- Advanced certifications in project management or engineering leadership are a plus.

2. Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position.

- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from concept to production.

- Strong background in product design, manufacturing processes, and production optimization.

- Experience with quality control, supply chain management, and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

- Hands-on experience with risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

3. Technical Skills

- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, product development, and manufacturing techniques.

- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the company's products and markets.
