The Healthcare Project Implementation Supervisor manages cross functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits as defined by the implementation Master Operating Plan (MOP).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end.
• Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain sign-off, agreement on project cost, and needed resources.
• Develops project plans (i.e., detailed plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to ensure that the project will be completed on time and according to specifications.
• Ensures affected functions or groups are identified and works with them to negotiate process changes, ownership of processes, and to manage project impact.
• Conducts information gathering work sessions with stakeholders to establish "as-is" (i.e., current state) maps and "to-be" (i.e., proposed state) for business process and process improvement recommendations.
• Designs and implements communication plans to ensure those affected by projects are informed and updated.
• Follows up with assigned resources formally (e.g., status meetings, etc.) and informally to continuously manage the productivity of the team, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Balances multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and able to collaborate and manage stakeholders of all levels
• Good team player; self-driven; energetic and motivated
• Experience in program/project management preferred

• Report to the Planning Manager.
• Responsible for planning the overall schedule.
• Review and monitor the progress of the project while taking into consideration the schedule, cost control and risk management.
• Coordinates with construction team to report the reason of delay, potential risks and mitigation measures in consideration of understanding overall work sequence with planned resources
• Prepare project progress reports.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with A1 MNC construction firm is essential for this position
• Candidate should possess relevant experience in construction planning and program coordination for major infrastructure projects
• Experience in projects with international EPC contractors or mega projects with contract amount higher than S$500 million is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and ERP is mandatory for this position
• Strong background in both technical and contractual issues
• Self-motivated, independent individual and possesses great initiatives

• Past experience with LTA project(NSC) is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders.
• Work closely with Project teams/ various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate the timely contract price adjustment/ claims including internal reviews/ approvals
• Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, measurement/ bill of quantities, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
• Works closely with all stakeholders include procurement teams to support timely contract price adjustment
• Ensures all POs and WOs and payments flow from procurement & subcontractor team into the Project Cost Code system
• Prepare tender/ subcontract document, bid/ subcontract checklist and prepare bid/subcontract evaluation and summary
• Ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document
• Monitor, review and check subcontractors’ milestone/progress claims and invoice on timely manner, and coordination with internal cost control/ finance department for payment processing
• Manage/ administer the subcontracts with subcontractors
• Issue work order
• Organise kick off meeting and other ad‐hoc meetings with subcontractors
• Handle and maintain performance securities with subcontractors
• Manage day to day contractual correspondences with subcontracts including contractual letters preparation and tracking of incoming/outgoing letters
• Procure all subcontracting work within budget and in accordance to comply financial guideline
• Monitor subcontracting cost and ensure within allocated budget
• Finalises project final accounts settlement with subcontractors and close out
• Participate in monthly cost review, if required. Manage warranty/ defect claims if any
• Participate in Project meetings, interface with cost control, procurement and others.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering disciplines
• 3‐5 years of experience in contracts administration
• Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to commit overtime as and when required
