• Draft & prepare Letter of Appointment for Temp & Contract/ BPO staff

Job Description

1. Responsible to drive the development of long-term organizational strategy.

The role will actively participate in understanding customers’ requirements and passionately drive internal procurement processes and customers’ global supply chain to exceed internal and external customer expectations. The role will drive strategic initiatives to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of Ichor Systems.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• For assigned products and programs execute supply chain programs that support delivery, reduce supply risk, reduce costs, and optimize cash flow
• Attend production meetings and represent shortages to internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses and resolves root causes and corrective actions for misalignments such as planning errors, unplanned demand, ECO implementation, item attribute and external supply-related constraints.
• Maintain DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment contracts inclusive of analyzing and updating quantities, maintaining proper ERP system set-up, keeping applicable contractual liabilities and amendments current, mitigating Ichor’s liability, resolving delivery discrepancies, providing forecasts to suppliers, and ensuring suppliers are performing to contractual service levels.

Job Requirements
