• Monitor furniture deliveries independently / liaise and communicate with clients giving frequent updates.
• Ensure good quality of work with tight work schedules

• Perform on-site Office furniture site marking
• Resolve dimensions/site problems encountered during the site renovating period before furniture delivery
• To attend site meetings prior to furniture delivery
• To ensure meeting deadlines for project completion

Job Description

• Responsible for all site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
• Monitor the progress of project schedule & co-ordinate between customers and internal departments

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in site co-ordination work
• Possess BCSS and WAH Supervisor Certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess Class 3 driving licence
