The incumbent will lead a team to execute Singapore LNG capital projects, from the establishment of contract strategy, through tendering for and management of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts to handover of the completed projects to the SLNG Operations team. This position requires a candidate who has the necessary project management experience to manage the delivery of major EPC projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas industries. The incumbent will lead a multi-discipline project management team having overall responsibility as the Owner’s representative during the engineering, procurement and construction of all projects.

• Single point accountability for delivery of the assigned projects.
• As Owner’s representative, managing all contractors to ensure projects are executed in line with the SLNG and contract HSSE, quality, technical integrity, operability, cost and schedule objectives, including initiating and enforcing any corrective measures to improve performance.
• Maintaining and delivering the highest standards of safety and environmental performance both in design and construction in alignment with SLNG policy and expectations.
• Ensuring that projects comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years project and construction experience, and five years’ experience as project manager for the execution of substantial ($>250 million) projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry

• Experience of LNG or other cryogenic processes would be beneficial.

Your responsibilities

• Independent creation, testing and further development of integrated financial models in the modelling language FAST Standard at the asset and holding structure levels of the Group
• Creation of profitability analyses, profitability calculations, sensitivity analyses and stress tests
• Support senior members of the Investment team in the development of the investment strategy alongside
• Active involvement in the analysis of acquisition and due diligence documentation as well as support in the preparation of internal and external documents (external bids, decision documents, business cases, financial reports and prospectuses)

Your qualifications

1. Volunteer Management, Recruitment, Training and Development

• Recruitment of new volunteers. Assign volunteers to relevant roles
• Provide on-boarding and facilitate training to volunteers.

• Manage Volunteer Management System (VMS) for Centre volunteers including registration and volunteers’ attendance.

1. Registration of all volunteers, befriendees and home visits records
2. Registration of Wellness assessments, Information and Referrals made for befriendees
