The O+O Project manager act as a the Social Commerce solution owner and Trusted Advisor with our stakeholders and brands, ultimately responsible for ensuring their success. You will align at stakeholder level, building and maintaining strong relationships. In these roles, you will be responsible for helping brands and countries achieve business value and ROI from their investment. The end result is a higher adoption rate, and increased value, retention, customer satisfaction and ultimately expansion of the L’Oréal Social Ecommerce footprint.
Strategic competencies:
• Engage business and IT leaders at APAC and Brands level to define the product roadmap through requirements, priorities and ensure alignment with business vision and key strategies of the market.
• Stay on top of industry best practices and bring new relevant Social Commerce and digital solutions to L’Oreal to meet organization's strategic business needs.
• Ensure alignment of APAC O+O vision, processes and capabilities with the digital IT teams.
• Establish agile processes for cascading new feature in the product, drive standards and best-practices.
• Manage vendor resources and support relationships as relate to projects and on-going support.

• Demonstrate capacity to deep dive into the any problem and come-out with alternative solutions
• Conducts evaluation of solutions with respect to standards, industry best practices, and acceptance criteria, e.g. performs performance testing, requirements reviews, and documentation reviews.

• Builds strong working relationships with L’Oreal APAC teams, service providers and system integrators.
