· To carry out inspections independently to all kind of civil & structures related matters such as infrastructures, roads & related facilities and/or existing building structures and to identify any defects and the scope of suitable repairs.

· Supervise on the repair works conducted by the contractors and ground agencies; and keep proper records accordingly.

· Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects including tender/submission with target dates

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Degree Civil & Structures Engineering discipline recognized by PEB
· At least 1 years of related work

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
• Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.

• Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Purpose:-

The Project Engineer is tasked with planning and executing specific job tasks or work scopes on the FPSO project.

The complexity and scale of these scopes can be vary based on the Project Engineer's level of senority.

Key Accountabilities

Project managment:

• Assist the Area Manager in overseeing and managing the EPC scopes of the project. Resposibilies may include managing various work scopes or "mini-projects" within each phase to ensure the overall success and timely delivery of the project.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that project activities and deliverables are executed and delivered according to the schedule.

Project planning and monitoring:

• Create comprehensive plans and timelines for the different stages of the project, including contributions to the overall project schedule development.
• Monitoring the overall project schedule and its work scopes is crucial, including expediting: 1. Engineering progress and tracking the issuance of deliverables to support related functions such as procurement and construction. 2. Procurement activities and providing support for procurement processes, purchase orders, and package engineering. 3. The timely review of engineering for package engineering and monitoring the progress of key vendor date. 4. Construction activities and ensuring the on-time delivery of essential fabrication drawings and equipment by the required dates.

Technical knowledge

• Participate in design and technical reviews, as well as workshops, to develop action registers that monitor the implementation and closeout status.

Communication and stakholder management

• Notify other functions of potential delays abd develop plans to mitigate them.
• Regularly report on project status to the project management team and aid in producing progress reports for stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equaivalent technical discipline.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or in EPC projects or equivalent
• 4-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• 4-10 years of experience in EPC projects or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• PMP certificate is desired
• Technical knowledge in FPSOs or other oil ad gas facilities.
