Responsibilities

Business performance

· Track and review periodically the delivery of agreed business performance and cost targets to budget (e.g. revenue, RoRWA, RWA, costs), including metrics which are material and relevant for Client Coverage scorecard (e.g. TB asset utilisation vs. NIM, etc). Identify risks and opportunities to delivering the targeted business performance.

· Lead preparation for CC country (monthly) business reviews, as well other regular updates (Manco, Group/ Regional MT, Board, ALCO, etc) as needed.

· Manage CC cost budgets and cost centres in close coordination and with the support from HR and Finance.

· Review and track frontline productivity using a standardised approach. Identify areas for improvement.

· Help defining, driving and tracking Sub-Optimal reduction plans, including expected impact on P&L.

· Support the definition, tracking and delivery of Country go-to-market strategy and execution plan (what types of client segments / sectors should we be focusing on in which market): coordinate strategy formulation, translate into initiatives, and track initiatives.

· Organise yearly or ad hoc strategy days to ensure close communication and alignment between CC, products, and functional teams.

· Support the preparation of the annual Regional / Segment Corporate Plan.

· Support and represent the region/ country/ segment for the execution and tracking of business-related CC group or local projects (e.g. operating model changes/ restructuring, RWA optimisation, remediation efforts, Client Central launch).

Sales Planning and Enablement

· Manage regular pipeline meetings (materials, actions and notes). Ensure pipeline is up to date and reflects an accurate picture of business momentum.

· Oversee Account Plan regular updates and quality. Review Platinum and Gold client lists on a regular basis in conjunction with Segment heads to ensure effective coverage and tracking against objectives: key commercial opportunities, C-suite engagement and realisation of financial aspirations.

· Ensure accurate wallet share information are available for Platinum and Gold clients (based on Coalition), steer frontline to use this information (e.g. for account plans).

· Ensure teams are uploading call reports in a timely manner.

· Support in the region the deployment and adoption of global tools (CRM, sales analytics, etc). Consolidate sales feedback for the global teams.

· Manage CRM access request approvals (for CC and non-CC staff) and support/ approve CRM static data maintenance, i.e. change in client segment, client group tagging, RM changes and group creation.

Continuous improvement initiatives

· Keep abreast of best practices in learning and development to raise the performance

· Optimise current processes to meet customer requirements (internal and external)

People agenda and Communication

· Support the region in delivering against HR objectives and initiatives: Diversity and Inclusion targets, succession planning, people forum, etc.

· Support RM scorecard process, including target setting/ uploading, handling/ escalate RM inquiries/ questions regarding scorecard issues. Ensure a transparent correlation between bonus and scorecard scores across the region.

· Review/ Assist in preparing reviews with external auditors (EY), onshore regulators (SAFE, PBOC, CBIRC), overseas regulators (HKMA, PRA).

Administrative / delegation support

· Manage country Client Coverage Management Team meetings (agenda, actions, and notes).

Main purpose of the job

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Professional Business services is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages, and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. Risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability, is a key part of the role. The ultimate goal of the role is to contribute to operational excellence in Procurement and drive continuous improvement of Procurement capabilities and practices in alignment with Asahi's overall strategy and external benchmarks.

Accountabilities and deliverables

1. Implement Procurement purpose, vision, strategies and governance.

2. Lead Procurement team overseeing the definition and execution of functional goals.

3. Promote one team spirit between all regions to enable sharing of best practices and knowledge.

4. Support Global Procurement People strategy and culture (incl. DEI, employee engagement and well-being).

5. Self-manage adherence to defined governance, policies, and processes.

6. Protect all company’s assets by putting in place internal control system and procedures.

7. Protect reputation of Asahi by following applicable legislation.

8. Drive Sustainable Procurement (incl. CSR) and Procurement innovation strategies and projects.

9. Create and implement category strategies.

10. Execute strategic sourcing plans to maximize the value for the business.

11. Build and enhance strong stakeholder relationship across all Procurement activities.

12. Develop and maintain strong partnership with suppliers including performance and quality assurance.

13. Manage and track plans and budgets including objectives, key value drivers and related KPIs.

14. Risk management focusing on extended agenda: price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability.

15. Contribute to achieving operational excellence for Procurement, including its processes and systems.

16. Drive continuous improvement of Procurement capabilities and practices in alignment with the overall Asahi strategy and external benchmarks.

Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated Programme Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and promoting health and wellness at the workplaces. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in managing our Health Services client accounts, as well as contribute to building our brand presence in the health services industry in Singapore.

This is a remote role with recurring site visits, programme audits and team meetings at the office.

Key Responsibilities

a. Client Servicing & Account Management

Understand client requirements and partner with them to bring health and wellness programmes to their workplaces.

· Deliver exceptional account management service to key stakeholders and co-curate, plan and deliver health and wellness programmes for employees, patrons and members of public

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all clients to drive up programme participation rates

· Provide necessary support (e.g. administration, coordination, etc.) and conduct periodic quality checks to ensure seamless delivery of health & wellness programmes by service providers

· Meet and exceed performance metrics around customer satisfaction levels

· Perform needs and data analyses and provide recommendations to fine-tune the effectiveness of programmes

b. Administration & Quality

· Adhere to Maximus, Project and local Government guidelines, policies and procedures at all times

· Ensure details on all systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner

· Provide accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities

· Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance to PDPA requirements

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

· Minimum Degree qualification

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing (e.g. account management) or programme planning role (experience in wellness programme curation / wellness events planning will be a bonus)

· Passionate about health and wellness and promoting health

· Evidence of achieving targets across a broad range of KPIs including customer satisfaction

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual in a local language

· An organised and effective planner with an eye for detail

· Analytical, resourceful, and adept at thinking ‘outside the box’

· Ability to manage conflicting objectives and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to resolve issues

· Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

· IT-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems / software
