Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of M&E EPC and EPCM projects. Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the M&E EPC/EPCM industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, process system, cleanroom system, as well as construction methodologies, codes, and standards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to support project operations and ensure the smooth execution of project deliverables. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate logistics, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Logistics Management:Assist in coordinating and managing logistics for staff security clearance, client device delivery, staging, and deployment.
   Schedule and oversee client device acceptance, OS upgrades, and submission of Declaration Forms and billing (if applicable).
   
2. Project Support:Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including purchase-related matters and document submission.
   Track and compile regular project reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
   
3. Asset and Inventory Management:Update and maintain records of client devices handled by the project team.
   Ensure that inventory records for client devices are accurate and up-to-date in collaboration with the project team.
   Facilitate the handover of client devices to the Operations and Support (O&S) team.
   
4. Project Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor, track, and review project migration outputs and progress milestones.
   Submit progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key updates and potential issues.
   

Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
   Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil/Structural /Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
• Functional role as process management lead to focus on the delivery of procurement RFP packages, analyze and present the delivery of work, which will require working with other consultants.
• Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Maintain and quality assurance on project documentation
• Sending invite of agendas for every regular or ad-hoc meeting setup
• Assisting the Project Lead with risk management of reporting

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or related field. An advanced degree in Business/Finance/Construction Management or related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 04 years project and construction management experiences in the direct management of real estate projects of varying sizes, complexities and across multiple markets (retail, residential, commercial, industrial etc).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, seeks to develop strong client relationships.
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills are necessary as is an attention to detail personality.
• Proficient in the various project delivery models (DBB, DB, GMP, CM, MC etc.) and be confident enough to deploy them on any given project where the pro’s and con’s warrant such an approach.

The Manager (Project Development) is responsible for spearheading project development strategies and plans. He/She leads project development from opportunity identification to project conceptualisation and planning. He establishes strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project development activities, and solicits requisite approvals and permits. He leads the project specification, estimation and planning activities and also ensures project risk management. He manages a team of senior engineers and ensures efficient business operations.

He is an experienced professional, preferably a trained engineer, and is able to address technical queries that arise during the course of his duties. He is conversant with the industry, company clientele, competitors and contractors. He is highly analytical, enjoys solving challenging problems, and is able to lead others effectively. He may be expected to travel occasionally and work after office hours.
