The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release. This role supports the Project Manager. It involves the planning and co-ordination of site work. The person in this role needs to be good at communication and obtaining feedback. • Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment
• Taking minutes and ensure proper documentation of client requests to manage delays arising from client or vendor
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders as per required
• Meet up with clients and conduct presentations whenever there is a need to
• Be on time and reply to clients enquiries whenever necessary
• Ensure all the Digital Marketing Campaign timelines are properly managed
• Works closely with the Digital Marketing team
• Conduct meetings, delicate work and communicate across clients feedback periodically

Job Description:-

• Responsible for the planning, supervision and monitoring of work progress at project site
• Carry out daily checks on the structural steel, architectural or metal works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all safety standards and client's requirement.
• Take site measurement and issue work order
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing
• Coordinate with site personnel, consultants and clients
• Ensure smooth site progress

Requirements:-

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least three years of working experience in structural steel
• Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
• A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
