At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction team for projects of similar scale and complexity. Related LTA experience perferred.

• Tracking projects status and follow-up with team for the action items
• Incharge of project team timesheets and keep track of billing status
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating issued sales and purchase relatede documents (invoice)
• Responsible of general administration function
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Daily update in Google Spreadsheet
• Stock taking
• Adminstrative works about general workers
• Submission for project docuemnts to related parties

• Organising and managing project teams, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specific tasks
• Ensuring that all costs are within budget and working with team members to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Communicating with clients throughout the projectto ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
• Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that tasks aere completed on time
• Evaluating project risks and making recommendations or mitigationof identified risks
• Managing the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they ae completed on time and within budget
• Cummincating with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
• Ensuring that all project documentations are completed according to company standards and laws

Requirements

• žDiploma or above in any field
• žMore than two years of working or relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry.
• žAble to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• žAbility to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
• žGood time management and meticulous
• žTeam player with good communication skills
• žMeticulous, organized and good attention to details
• žProficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• žClass 3 driving license and knowledge in construction & CAD software are advantageous
