This is an 4 day exposure programme for young undergraduates who are looking to expose themselves to the banking and finance industry. This allows associates to gain a better understanding of what is portfolio management and eventually have hands on opportunities to manage clients portfolios. Top associates have an opportunity to be converted to full time interns or full time associate.

Job Requirements

• Degree or equivalent
• Certification in Project Management is a plus
• Experience in managing AML/KYC projects is essential
• Prior project management experience in managing IT, digitalization and/or process improvement projects in FI is a plus
• Some experience in applying Agile in projects
• Good knowledge of IT systems used in the banking industry

About the Role

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead Medium to Large scale projects independently (projects above $1m)
• Managing Strategic Initiatives by undertaking all aspects of project management from planning, research and analysis, conducting discovery workshops, design and testing, implementation and control, benefit tracking and overall project discipline in managing cost and timeline. 
• Develop, prepare and deliver appropriate Management Information and reports to project board, business sponsors, stakeholders and steering committee for regular updates and to support decision making.
• Managing relationships and coordination of work within the project team.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and analyze cost activities, forecasting and budgeting to inform stakeholders including project financial performance on monthly/yearly basis.

Job Requirements

• Level of financial education / good understanding of numbers.
• Degree holder and/or experience in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Bentley software would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
