Conducting post-project evaluation to identify successful elements and areas for improvement for future projects

Continuously updating project documentation and maintaining accurate records for all project-related information

Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment

Leading and motivating project teams; assigning tasks and deadlines

Managing project budgets and resources, including adjustments as necessary

Identifying, assessing, and minimizing project risks throughout the project lifecycle

Directing the allocation of resources across various projects for optimal efficiency

• Possess a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
• At least 10 years of specialised construction and 5 years of experience on major project management for segmental construction by self-launching girders.
• Familiar with balanced cantilever construction methodology and have experience in segments pre-casting and post-tensioning.
• Experience in Project Reporting and Contract Administration as well as working in a joint-venture environment.
• Ability to travel in Asia and Europe.
• Fluent in English
• An understanding of French will be an added asset as the job requires frequent communication with our Company's headquarters in France.

Mandatory Skills

• Possess a degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in business management and operations. Preferred experience within a technology function of financial services firm.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights (proven ability to bring order to unstructured problems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
• In-depth knowledge of technology areas such as infrastructure and platform services, service management, technology operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for strategic decision support.
• High level of adaptability, creativity, and strategic thinking to navigate a dynamic business environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Independent and highly motivated team player with a positive work attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
