Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Support provision for PM’s project leading & managing activities.
• Develop standardized rules and processes of project management, such as constructing reporting structures, determine reporting contents, etc.
• Cost and Resource Coordination across business area, working closely with Program Manager and Area PM.
• Progress and issue management of BA, Operations Consultant members and Developers in the business area in charge.
• Consolidate status report within business area in charge, and reporting to Program Manager and Management.

• Coordinating with site personnel for updates regarding the work-in-progress, updating S-Curve and Weekly Schedule
• Minute all important meeting attended, track pending agenda’s progress and following up with relevant personnel
• Coordinating with the team members and ensuring that guidelines/ timelines are met
• Ensuring daily site manpower allocation and attendance is accurately reported via proprietary IPad Reporting System
• Preparing/ generating project documentation for recording purposes
• Working with other internal departments to facilitate project progress
