Job Scope:

Liaison and Relationship Management:

· Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and the operations team in APAC

· Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

Project Coordination and Management:

· Coordinate project activities between Client’s APAC team and the operations team in APAC.

· Develop and manage project plans and timelines.

· Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Communication and Reporting:

· Facilitate regular communication between the client and the operations team through meetings, emails, and reports.

· Prepare and present regular project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

· Provide support to any escalations from the operation’s team in APAC by working with Client APAC

Training and Development:

· Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure they understand client expectations and project requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

· Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

· Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirement:

Language:

Strong command of English, Japanese Speaker will be added advantage

Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a global setting. Minimum of 5 years of working at a BPO company or has relevant customer experience work.

· Experienced in providing training and support to team members and has a proven record of clearly conveying project requirements and client expectations to the operations team.

· Experience working in the automotive industry or with high-profile clients like Ferrari preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5

JOB SCOPE

Overall supervision of assigned projects, to ensure timely completion of projects, within the approved budgets set by the Project Manager and the management.

Plan and prepare all project program with indication of Critical Path to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.

To liaise with all subcontractors, consultants and owners on project matters and to resolve all technical discrepancies and site issues.

To supervise and ensure that acceptable workmanship and quality of projects are obtained to the management and consultants’ approval.

To attend, prepare and report on project progress, milestones and targets during meetings.

To organize and to chair regular site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.

To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with

Manage public feedbacks pertaining to site issues

Any other adhoc projects and duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Min Diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management

Degree in Civil Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board and BCA

Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction

Use of AutoCAD would be an advantage

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project

· Independent and highly organized Project Designer with minimum 3 years of experience in Luxury Residential, Hospitality and F&B Interior design.

· Work closely and reports to Project Director. Able to follow through projects from start to completion.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in project and site coordination.

· To work closely with the team, as well as with other consultants (architect, engineer, lighting designer) and client.

· Strong in technical details, able to check through shop drawings.

· Able to plan internal work schedule as well as project schedule.

· A good team player, communicator, self-motivated and meticulous in details.

· Bilingual (Good command of English and Mandarin is a essential, to handle enquiry from Chinese speaking client and supplier from China).

· Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop & MS office

· Enjoy travelling for work (In Asia)
