Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. 9) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistances and technical support.

10) Attend required interdepartmental meetings including providing relevant updates on the status of project and QC matters and to obtain and relay information which may impact the project pipeline.

11) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.

Requirements

1) Minimum Degree in Civil / Building / Construction or equivalent.

2) Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a Precast or Building & Construction environment with at least 1 year of supervisory capacity.

3) Knowledge of HDB precast construction practices and erection sequence.

4) Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.

5) Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

6) Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.

7) Willing to work on Sundays or Public Holidays if required.

8) Proficient in Microsoft Office.

9) Someone with a Class 3 Driving License will be advantage.

6. Business Development: Identifying opportunities for follow-up work or new projects with existing clients and contributing to proposals for new engagements.

7. Strategic Insight: Leveraging PTC solutions/industry knowledge/analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive client success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above
• 5 years or above PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) project service delivery management and service business development exp.
• Fluent in English, if can speak Thai would be a great plus.

• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.
• Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
• Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
• Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.
• Provides leadership to the project management and construction team.
• Supervise daily site activities.
