Synopsis:

Singapore based Business Development Manager Role contributing to sales growth by spotting and converting opportunities for our IT contractual staffing services. Ability to identify, engage and close deals with C-level buyers across different industry verticals. Work closely with KGISL presales and delivery team to craft solutions and commercial propositions including variety of pricing model. Your day to day activities will include generating leads.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Find opportunities for Contract staffing, recruitment services, payroll, PEO and RPO services through wide network, cold calls, client and candidate references, being a part of exhibitions etc.
• Responsible to find partners in and out in Singapore and Malaysia to grow the business. Should be capable of doing Bulk hiring.
• To initiate marketing activities to promote the brand and to create marketing collaterals.
• Responsible for R&D and market analysis towards our competitors and clients, learn and implement new staffing and recruitment strategies, Initiate new processes.
• Attend to incoming inquiries, meet the clients with a presentation of our services, and close the deals.
• Accountable to meet the target for no of meetings, costing’s, proposals, negotiation, contract signing & onboarding.
• Manage a team of recruiters and account management, ensuring the quality cvs and service delivered to the clients.
• To excel in my set KPI’s year on year by overachieving the Targets, Customer Satisfaction, Up-Selling and Cross-Selling, adding new Logos to the portfolio, etc.
• Managing existing clientele database, supervising and executing the agreement between candidates and clients (ensuring service satisfaction of both parties).
• To generate business from multinational companies, small-medium enterprises and large funded startups to achieve targets.
• Understanding a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to conduct interviews and supply potential candidates.

1. Laise with customers, users and related stakeholders to understand their business needs.

4. Write down business scenarios, contruct workflow diagrams, and prepare UI protypes.
5. Work with UI/UX designer to improve user experience of UI design.

7. Work with testers to ensure all business scenarios are tested.
8. Standardized system configurations and prepare user guide and system configuration guide.
9. Present system functions to customers, users and related stakeholders.
10. Analyze the feedbacks from users or customers and prepare system improvements.
11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
12. Help on technical documentation.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in software development
• Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, web application, microservices, and system integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Domain knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis around key requirements of the project and trade lifecycle workflows of various products such as Equities, Asset Management, Leveraged Products

Requirements

• Around 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Banking & financial services
• Experience in at least one of the asset classes such as Equity, Futures & Options, FX, CFD or Wealth Management
• Good knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Front-to-Back trade flow, Order management system, Post trade processes
• Ability and experience to take ownership of business requirements and manage them through to delivery.
• Ability to accurately translate and document business needs into functional requirements.
• Good exposure to Retail consumer base front end web and mobile platforms with key interest on UI/UX customer journey
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Product Owner scope

• Work with product owners to document user stories for system enhancement changes.
• Review, groom user stories.
• Document acceptance criteria for user stories for product owners sign-off.
• Participate in workshops / discussions and review BSD/FSD.

UAT team scope

• Assist product owners and UAT lead to prepare test scnearios.
• Act as BUSU SME in dedicate business function area. Identify potential issues, risks and gap in UAT.
• Review test scenarios and cases with key product owners to meet requirements and expectations.
• Document acceptance criteria for product owners sign-off.
• Coordinating with upstream/downstream teams to facilitate testing.

• Actively manage testers from extenal vendor for UAT deliverables (ie. execution result, etc).

• Liaise with technology teams on system solutions, UAT delivery timeline, UAT environment readiness and test data creation.
• Defect Management
  a) Actively track UAT defect pool to ensure timely closure.
  b) Analyse and summarize outstanding defects on a need basis.
  c) Productively drive daily defect triage meeting for proper defect assessment and final resolution or fixes.

Requirements

• Experience of working on cross border payments processing system or Payment Engine. Hands-on experience in GPP payment engine
• End-to-End payments system knowledge with detailed insights on payment file format ISO20022 and SWIFT. Experience with payments field/value mapping and validations.

Principal Responsibilities
