• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set up correctly and promptly cleared and reset for new guests.
• Use knowledge of the menu, including Korean dishes and beverages, to suggest items to guests, upsell when appropriate, and answer any questions.
• Process customer payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and operate the POS system for efficient billing and order tracking.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the food and beverage industry, is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate’s primary objective will be to assist Management in various corporate matters and projects with the ultimate objective of being able to take on the Manager’s role. Assistance may involve different business aspects such Investment Management and Reporting, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Operations & Logistics, Procurement & Product Management, Sales & Marketing, etc. The core business of Group is to improve the Return on Investment for the portfolio of investees. As the investees are SMEs who need much assistance, there is a delicate balance between facilitation and involvement. Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in identifying wide range of corporate challenges/problems and solutions needed to achieve effective outcomes.

• Act as an intermediary between the service providers and the needs of the Group’s investees.

• Planning, coordinating, minuting and tracking outcome of meetings to achieve deliverables & purpose and meet deadlines.

• Coordinating with departments such as Accounting, Human Resources, and Finance including Cashflow Management to ensure that all operational needs are met and profitability is achieved.

• Support and assist in improving processes, SOPs, enhancing concepts, brainstorming ideas, and building financial models.

• Assist the management team in the development and implementation of Strategic Business Plans.

• Perform financial analysis of the Group’s investee portfolio, track buy/sell opportunities and offer recommendations as appropriate. Monitor performance of investee portfolio and trends.

• Conduct market study and competitor analysis of the Group’s investees.

• Conduct market research on specific industries to identify potential opportunities for further investments and providing recommendations to Management.

• Assist and conduct Due Diligence, Financial Analysis and Valuations on potential M&A opportunities.

• Assist by way of coordination and facilitation.

• Identify and analyse HR needs of each entity in the Group on an ongoing basis.

• Assist in HR matters which may include recruitment, promotion & termination, employee performance evaluations, policies & procedures, etc.

• Assist in the enhancement of reports so as to be able to more effectively monitor the progress on projects and to measure project profitability and performance against goals.

• Assist in information gathering and presentation of historical findings as necessary.

• Regularly present progress reports to Management.

Requirements

• Relevant Internship Experience preferred

• Degrees in Science, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Engineering are welcomed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers in accordance with the Company’s service standards and guidelines
• Receive and perform in-store and delivery orders

• Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager on all aspects to achieve profit and productivity targets.
• Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager on training and developing of F&B staff
• Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant to ensure Outlet Compliance with authority and company regulations in aspects including but not limited to hygiene, workplace safety, sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays, and inventory controls
