Job Description

· Overseeing the full coordination of site projects from start till completion.

· Manage site progress to ensure completion of works on schedule.

· Handle & attend meetings with authority and main contractors.

· Supervise and coordinate site works according to approved design drawing

· Safety management of the site installation works.

· To perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in site project coordination.

· Relevant site safety certificates.

· Possess Class 3 driving license.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Independent with good communication skills.

Job Description

· Read and classify M&E work from Autocad / BIM drawings.

· Schedule and execute these jobs.

· Supervise and manage workers under your charge

· Attend meetings and generate reports

· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirement

· ITE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

· Experience in executing electrical installation projects for buildings (school/nursing home project preferred).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for generating reports.

· Able to speak and write English.

· Ability to work independently and within timeframe

· Self-discipline, good analytical skills, meticulous with an eye for details

· Good knowledge on workplace safety

· Intermediate knowledge of Autocad / BIM
