Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify business needs through human-centric, visual methods like service journeys, and develop the corresponding business case.
• Work with internal IT and business project teams to create user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies that align with technology directions (e.g., cloud-based solutions, modernisation of legacy systems, and adoption of SG Tech Stack).
• Select and implement the appropriate development methodology (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) in an Outsourced, Co-Sourced, or In-house development environment.
• Plan, review, and conduct testing and data conversion to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Drive system or product readiness to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and operational success.
• Analyse the impact of requested changes, propose improvements to meet evolving business needs, and collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues during the Operations & Maintenance phase.
• Facilitate and propose business process improvements through the adoption of digital technologies.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in this role.
• Involvement in at least two complete software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile methodology.
• Proven expertise in IT business analysis, application solutioning, design, and testing.
• Strong understanding of customer/user experience, design thinking, user story mapping, and digital product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Motivated and driven personality, with a strong ability to learn and apply new concepts.
• Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in at least one of the following areas:Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, Service Design, or Cloud Solutioning.
• Previous development or consulting experience is preferred.

Client Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing end to end support offering a seamless and comprehensive suite of services encompassing Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Content Development & Portfolio Acquisition

To qualify, you must have:

· Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting role; or
