• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the Drink stall within the food court or coffeeshop.

• Perform daily sales bank-in.
• Achieve monthly sales target and FD rental income target.
• To ensure smooth operations during opening, mid and closing shifts.

The Management Trainee will participate in an intensive training program designed to build expertise in various aspects of restaurant operations.
