As a Project Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the directors, designers and the project teams including our regional studios to develop and manage schedule and timely submission of each project. Besides managing our internal schedule, you will take the lead in coordination with client, consultants and contractors especially during construction stage.

As an highly driven and organized team player, you will also contribute to the highly efficient and professional work culture at WJ. Motivate your team members by managing internal and external schedules seamlessly.

About you

We are looking for a reliable, goal driven Project Coordinator to join our Singapore studio.

Having led and delivered a number of mid/large-scale Hospitality (specifically hotels) projects from design to construction phases, you will have an impressive understanding of a complete hospitality project design process. Having strong technical detail knowledge will be a plus.

Summary of the requirements and qualities :

· minimum of 3 years experience on large scale Hospitality and F&B projects

· Highly focus, organized and great interpersonal skills

· Exposed to construction stages and experienced in site coordination.

· Skilfully resolve detailing and technical issues.

· Interior Designer or Architect

· A good team player , enjoy collaborative working environment

· Client facing experience

· Coordination experience with consultants and contractors.

· Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch Up and Auto Cad

· A demonstrated track record of bringing projects through completion is a must.

· Well versed in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
