• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Having experiences in LTA Project would be bonus and advantageous
• Independent with good communication skill
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
• Willing to work in site office

This position is responsible for effectively collaborating with AMT Singapore AI hub and business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. The successful candidate is responsible for international AI project coordination and management, AI project process management and internal and external communication during AI project execution.

This role provides the candidate with opportunity to join a high performing organization within TE. The position will locate in TE Singapore AI Hub campus and will serve customers from multiple business units and manufacturing sites globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• International AI project coordination and management, including schedule management, progress management, meeting arrangement, resource management, logistics management etc.
• Proactively manage the project process milestones to make sure the smooth execution of the AI projects.
• Effective communication with the AMT Singapore AI team, BU customers of global and external partners.
• Proactive collaboration with Singapore universities and professors during the AI project planning and execution.
• Provide excellent support to the AMT Singapore AI team to enable the team with better efficiency during the AI innovations and development.
• Support the AMT Singapore AI team on the professional documentation as needed by the AI projects.
• Promote a culture that reflects company’s values, and promote positive and inclusive work environment.
