Job Requirements

• Gain practical experience in all areas of outlet operations, including kitchen, service, and front-of-house management
• Assist in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Participate in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and minimizing wastage
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and catering to customer needs
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
• Learn and apply effective team management skills, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and training
• Assist in coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Assist in preparing daily sales reports and analyzing performance metrics
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to, including food safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute to special projects or initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, or staff development

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or a related field
• Passion for the F&B industry and a strong desire to learn and grow

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not required

Company is expanding and looking at enthusiastic individual to join the team as Management Trainee.

The incumbent will be trained on leadership and operational skills locally, in preparation for hands on application and secondment to subsidiaries overseas. (Thailand, Myanmar)

The Management Trainee will undergo a 2-4 years (2 years SG, 2 years Overseas) program with the Company.

Overview of Job Scope (Non Exhaustive)

• Orders fulfillment

• Record, initiate and enter the orders (orders, acceptance, releasing, and special instructions) into the logistics system to ensure existing information are updated for further processing

• Liaise with external customers including hauliers for necessary arrangements and respond to their enquiries & requirements

• Assist Operations Manager to manage depot performance continually, executing job orders given by respective customers

• Assist Operations Manager to develop associates by providing training and coaching of junior staff so an up to date understanding of processes, policies and procedures are maintained

• Assist Operations Manager in all matters relating to the operations efficiency and safe utilisation of depot facilities and equipment to achieve optimum container throughput

• Assist Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including workplace safety, fostering a positive & dynamic team

• Maintain documentation of processes that are followed by the department

• Perform additional tasks as required to meet the department’s needs.

Job Responsibilities:

* Take charge of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assurance within the cafe operations

* Supervise cafe operations, cash control, and shift management

* Manage a high-performance team and develop their talents

* Assist manager to plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff and monthly management reports

* Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.

* Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.

• Attend to guest requests and complaints as required
• Ensure that all staff are properly informed on the promotions and information.
