We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (Workplace Technology Solutions) to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and active engagement with clients to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Stay updated with industry developments and emerging markets.

Proposal Development:

• Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business strategies.
• Provide feedback to management on market needs and gaps.

Reporting:

• Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Experience in Workplace Technology Solutions or related
• Open to candidates with experience from corporate real estate industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Conduct assessments of internal controls, identifies areas of improvement in business processes to better manage business risks
• Propose recommendations to improve organisational workflow and processes to better manage costs and improve profits
• Participate in process improvement projects with the objective to enhance operating efficiency and control effectiveness
• Participate in risk management projects by supporting the Partner and Director in the facilitation of risk discussions to identify relevant risks and mitigation actions
• Perform data analytics by using applicable tools and techniques to identify anomalies for further investigation
• Participate in regulatory and compliance reviews to improve governance practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent; Degrees in other disciplines such as Computer Science, Business and Law, will also be considered.
• Working towards a CIA is an added advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years of internal/external audit or related experience for Senior Consultant position
• Technically competent, technology savvy, energetic and growth minded
• Good interpersonal communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Competent in using data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, ACL etc.)
• Versatile and motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
