The Role

The Associate Business Director will be the day-to-day client lead for several of our regional and global FMCG accounts. Summary

The Business Support Executive is responsible to provide high-quality customer support through processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders. The Executive is also responsible for managing external customers and factories, coordinating with internal colleagues. Responsibilities

• Attend to pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time and price.

The Principal OEM Business Manager is the relationship owner for the Amazon Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)Device Manufacturing Services suppliers that provide co-development resources, procure components, design, manufacture and test digital devices.

Key job responsibilities
The OEM Business Manager has a dual responsibility to:

1) Lead the sourcing, selection, contract negotiation and management of one or more EMS suppliers in alignment with the overarching EMS strategy and within the Integrated Management System. Contract Management – Ensure that the suppliers execute and adhere to the contracts and renegotiate whenever possible to realize benefits from bundling work with Strategic Suppliers.
