• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate processes.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction, installations, or implementations as required.

Communication & Reporting

• Act as the point of contact between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, technical updates, and cost analyses.
• Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Preferable 3 years experience in project management or engineering roles in oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, budget control, and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), Excel Worksheet, Word Document, Power Point Presentation, AutoCAD, cost estimation tools and BQ preparation software.
• Experience in tender evaluation and contract management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Wiling to work at project sites and may require extended hours to meet deadlines.
• This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in project costing, budget management, and tendering who is passionate about engineering project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Reports to Project Manager.
• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project for senior role.
• Minimum 2 complete cycle (piling to roof) for HDB projects.
• Experience in architectural works will be an advantage.
• Technical competence.
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and good team player.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision, executing and coordinate project activities.
• Ensuring that the project is on-schedule, within budgeted cost, and quality standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinating with Clients and Suppliers to develop project schedules, and resources plans.
• Attending Clients coordination and technical meetings.
• Supervise constructions activities.
• Formulation of Method-Of-Statement, Risk Assessment and Safe Procedure
• Involvement in both internal and external WSH Activities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including daily report, inspection records and As-Built drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving License
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi task
