• Leads sales enquiry, understand customer requirement and work with internal technical team to submit project proposal.
• To process and monitor the request for quote process, from enquiry to propose a quotation for management review.
• To formalize the quotation and proposal, submission to customer and follow up.
• Establish rapport, build relationships and constant liaison with customers on future projects.
• To provide sales projection and forecast.
• Interact with internal teams on new project development.
• Establish assembly process instructions and test plans.
• Consolidate assembly process evaluation or test reports for review and control.
• Ensure that parts or components ready for assembly pilot run.
• Ensure that manufacturing process documentation compliance and updated.
• Liase on assembly fixtures, tools and equipment.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Min. 3 years of sales experience in plastic injection molding industry.
• Have good written, oral or interpersonal skills.
• Equip with good self-confident when conducting presentation.
• Have proactive negotiating skills with customers & supplier.
• Ability in follow up sales account and maintain sales.

Responsibilities:

• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project
• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
• Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

Requirements:

• Possess minimum education qualification of a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with local building regulation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
• Strong analytical mind, good organisation skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Oversee the entire project operations from conception to completion including handover to Clients including but not limited to quality, safety, cost and budget management
• Provide directions on planning, tracking, change control, risk and issue management
• Manage project team resources for efficient deployment and project cost management
• Manage project stakeholders, including client,project resources and subcontractors
• Manage client expectation through project status update meetings, documentation and project reporting tools
• Liaise effectively with clients, other contractors and relevant authorities.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Leverage industry knowledge to analyze and assess gaps and provide recommendations for remediation
• Identify project risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies, recommends policy and procedure improvements
• Conversant with local codes, regulations and procedures
• Demonstrate leadership, take ownership of projects handled and all related works
• Report and escalate project progress including revenue, cost, financial issue,potential risk, and etc. to Head Office Management on timely manner.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice
• Ensure all personnel under your management comply with company policies and procedures
• Lead and provide strategic and professional guidance to the Tender Preparation Teams on matters in relation to the project performance and compliance,contractual obligations and statutory requirements
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Head Office Management
• Motivate and encourage all personnel to comply with Safety and Compliance related matters by demonstrating strong commitment in such areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent
• Minimum of 20 years of working experience in construction or construction management, or combination of relevant work experience in the underground projects in Singapore, or with at least 10 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure design and construction teams for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, and scheduling in order to fully understand project implications
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with client and team members including Head office management located oversea.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Through knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential
• Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Capacity to handle pressure

Responsibilities :

• Develop or prepare planning for assigned projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with client, consultants, authorities, sub-contractors and etc.
• Liaise with utility agencies for any advance diversion work.
• Supervision of pipe laying and pipe jacking works.
• Preparation of daily jacking record and progress report.
• Provide engineering support in tendering of new project.
• Performs design calculations, assist with budget review.

Requirements :

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipe laying and pipe jacking works.
• Experience with AutoCad.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to work independently.
