Job Description: Project Manager
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic working professional to join our team as Project Manager. The ideal candidate should be willing to work under harsh conditions at all project sites and possess a strong interest in renewable energy, particularly solar power systems. You shall report to Sales Managing Director.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Must help to bring in sales/projects through tendering of projects from Gebiz and etc. After completing 3rdmonth of employment, you will be eligible for performance incentive allowance based on each project’s key performance Indicators (KPI).
· Develop new eco-friendly construction products, from concept to market launch.
· Research and implement sustainability practices and consumer goods industry trends, focusing on eco-friendly materials, packaging, and ingredients.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and markets demands.
· Oversee product design, development, and testing to meet environmental standards.
· Identify new technologies and innovations to enhance product sustainability.
· Manage project timelines, budgets and resources timely.
Project Management:
· Oversee and manage multiple construction sites within a given day.
· Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines
· Coordinate with sales managing director, project managers, subcontractors, and foreign workers to ensure efficient workflow
Team Leadership:
· Lead and manage a diverse team of foreign workers
· Provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
· Demonstrate adaptability to different project sites and their unique challenges
· Be flexible in adjusting schedules and priorities based on project needs.
Problem Solving:
· Identify and address issues promptly to minimize project delays.
· Propose and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges on-site
· Communicate and escalate problems to higher management for timely resolution
Communication:
· Effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and foreign workers.
· Clearly convey project updates and status to project managers and senior management.
· Report urgent issues promptly and seek necessary approvals
Urgency and Time Management:
· Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to handle multiple project sites in a day.
· Respond promptly to urgent matters and escalate when necessary.
· Demonstrate a sense of urgency in seeking approvals and addressing critical issues.

Qualifications
· Minimum ITE Certificate
· Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.
· Expected salary: $2,000 - $8,500 per month (Project incentive or commission can be discussed)
