• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is plus.
• Basic understanding of document management systems and version control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment, both in-office and offshore.
• Demonstrates initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
• Previous experience in an offshore or marine environment is a highly valued advantage.
• Fluency in Korean is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of project scope, cost, schedule, and quality from the initial preparation stage until complete handover.

• Assisting and working closely with the Project Manager.

• Work closely with admin team pertaining to quotation, tax invoice, purchase order, payment, and claims matters.

• Preparing presentation drawing and drawing of plan, section & elevation.

• Preparing scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required.

• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering is required / preferred.

• Possessing minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field will be advantageous.

• Experience in AutoCAS or other design software with strong understanding of Drawings

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent

• Incumbent with working experience on Singapore LTA / Rail project preferred
