• Monitor budget ensuring they are within the allocated budget
• Processing of invoices, purchase requisition, and payment requests.
• Coordinate the procurement and of project & warehouse’s services & supplies and equipment/tools
• Assisting in the allocation, tracking and scheduling of resources, including equipment and tools.
• Ensure project activities are in compliance with organisational policies, procedures and standards.

Job Description

· Organise work at construction site for Pumps & System or cooling towers for commercial and industrial applications

· Scheduling of work and planning of duty roster

· Manage workers

· Monitor and report to management on the progress of projects

· Assist with on-stie rectification works when required

· Ferry workers to and from job site

· Implement safety measures

· Liaise with and follow up on issues raised at job site

Requirements

· Candidate should preferably have relevant qualification in electrical / mechanical or other related engineering field

· Technically based and have experience working in Construction sites.

· At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the construction industry.

· Preferably have prior experience supervising a team of workers

· Preferably have experience with scheduling of work and planning duty roster

· Able to lead, plan, coordinate, communicate with relevant site stakeholders to execute work

· Must possess class 3 drivinglicense

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop execution plans, track project progress, and resolve issues.
• Support communication with clients to advance project progress.
• Collect, organize, and publish project data and analysis reports.
• Organize and participate in project meetings, compiling meeting records and following up on tasks.
• Assist in team building, client reception, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Familiarity with software development processes and project management systems.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English or Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and Chinese.
