• Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on to-be state/process illustration and closing the gaps between workstreams
• Hold the pen to capture user requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prepare and manage the reporting to communicate project risks, issues and actions to stakeholders
• Ensure that the team adheres to committed timelines and deliverables and assist in de-risking
• Facilitate the creation of test scenarios (where required), training documentation, preparation of test data, collation of change requests, capture of test evidence and ensure the successful completion of UAT
• Co-ordinate user training according to plan
• Hold the pen for L5 documentation (if superusers are unavailable) to refresh L5 documentation
• Other governance, documentation and process work as required

Requirements :

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Business Analyst/ PMO
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in using tools like Visio to create clear and concise process diagrams.
• Ability to elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in developing test cases, executing tests, and analysing test results.
• Strong writing and documentation skills to create clear and concise documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management, task tracking, and test case management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work products.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (highly advantageous) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in China.
