Duties
Reporting to the Project Manager.
· Collect and analyse operational data from HVAC systems to assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
· Conduct audits or re-commissioning work focusing on HVAC systems.
· Perform initial data assessments of clients' cooling systems to measure current efficiency levels.
· Identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
· Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the technical feasibility and financial impact of proposed improvement plan.
· Contribute to preparing high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development efforts.
· Ensure all technical solutions align with Singapore’s regulatory and industry standards.
· Collaborate closely with the regional project team, to support project planning and client engagement.
· Engage in training and development activities to improve technical skills and expand knowledge.
· Site coordination, project schedule planning, coordinate site works.
· Participate in technical discussions and supports to stakeholders on HVAC system configurations, energy efficiencies and energy-saving objectives.
· Assist in managing specific projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of set objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holder in Engineering (Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Controls) or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Sound engineering knowledge and fundamental understanding of energy efficiency principles.
· Prior experience in engineering consulting work, building management system or facility operation will be advantageous.
· Candidates with less experience will be considered for an alternative position.
· Excellent time management, planning and organising ability.
· Strong communication, presentation, project and people management skills.
· High motivation to learn and adapt to challenges.
· Willingness to travel overseas when required.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
