Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects meet internal and client expectations for quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy, complying with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards to avoid Liquidated Damages (LD).
• Monitor project cash flow, ensuring timely submission of progressive payment claims and managing budgets, cash flow projections, and cost variance reporting.
• Review and approve WSH documents (e.g., Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, Fall Prevention Plans, Lifting Plans, Safety Management Systems, Permits to Work).
• Ensure all work is executed safely in compliance with approved safety standards.

Individual to be involved in:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, to ensure successful execution of interior design and construction projects.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.
