Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce investment research reports with actionable investment ideas for the firm’s equity portfolios as part of the firm’s Equities Research team.
• Generate alpha and investment ideas for relative and absolute return portfolios for the sectors, industries and countries assigned. Country coverage will primarily be the Indian market across all sectors. Other secondary coverage includes ASEAN. Over time, coverage and responsibilities of the individual can change, based on team needs and the individual’s experience and aspirations.
• Contribute to other research team initiatives that periodically arise.

Experience and Skills

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in an analyst role
• Investment experience and specialisation in the sectors mentioned above
• Solid fundamental bottom-up research analysis skills
• Team player who embraces a collaborative and open working culture that matches Fullerton’s core values

• Good written and verbal communication

• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
• Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules

• Manage all frozen meat delivery and assist to production and others
• Able to multi-tasks and dwork under pressure
• Able to handle heavy stuffs around 20-30kg
• Able to work long hours and work on weekend

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class 3 Licence
• Forklift Licence (if have is a plus point)

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need

• To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
• To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team

The role of Business Development Manager in the Data Services Unit plays a crucial role in driving growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring that data services remain competitive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement business development strategies, sales strategies and pricing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new market and business opportunities within the market data sector.

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential clients in the financial services industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Partnership Development:

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with other financial institutions, technology providers, and data vendors.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements

Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Use insights to inform business development plans and product innovation.

Reporting and Forecasting:

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Strategy

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for the growth and distribution of structured investment products (e.g., structured notes, derivatives, alternative investments) through IFAs and other distribution channels.
• Build and execute a comprehensive business development plan to increase revenue and market share for structured products.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor products to ensure the firm’s offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging investment trends in the structured products space to inform product strategy.

2. Structured Product Development & Management

• Collaborate with the product development and investment teams to design, launch, and optimize structured products that cater to the needs of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.
• Customize solutions for clients by tailoring structured products to match their risk appetite, investment goals, and market outlook.
• Regularly monitor the performance of structured products, gather feedback from clients and IFAs, and identify opportunities for product improvements or new product offerings.

3. IFA Relationship Management & Distribution

• Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), private bankers, and wealth managers to promote structured products and drive sales.
• Conduct regular training sessions, seminars, and one-on-one meetings with IFAs to enhance product knowledge, increase awareness, and ensure they are equipped to effectively promote the firm’s offerings.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for IFAs, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them meet their clients' investment needs.
• Expand the company’s distribution network by identifying and partnering with new IFAs, brokers, and financial advisors to enhance market penetration.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets for structured products within the IFA channel.
• Work closely with sales teams and relationship managers to drive structured product sales through effective client engagement and targeted marketing efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.

5. Client Relationship Management & Solutioning

• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial objectives and tailor structured investment solutions that align with their needs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, portfolio construction advice, and in-depth product knowledge to ensure clients receive exceptional service and value.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor in the wealth management and structured products space.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends in structured products and the broader wealth management space.
• Use market intelligence to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and distribution tactics, ensuring the firm’s products remain differentiated and competitive.
• Prepare and present detailed market reports and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure that all structured products and related activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to monitor regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains in full compliance in all regions of operation.
• Ensure that risks associated with structured products are well understood, communicated, and managed effectively.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track and report on product performance, client feedback, sales achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
• Provide regular updates on the business development efforts, highlighting key opportunities, challenges, and progress towards goals.

9. Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

Experience:

• Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and other distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets for structured products or similar investment offerings.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within wealth management or financial services, with a focus on structured products.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of structured products, including derivatives, structured notes, and alternative investments.
• Excellent business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work closely with IFAs and clients.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on identifying market trends and client needs.
• Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and understandable way to clients and advisors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience leading training and educational sessions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently and within a team.
