The Opportunity

About the Team: The Consumer Solutions group manages the deployment and optimization of core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions as well as Engagement Solutions and the benefits platforms that function across all product categories.

• Subject matter expertise for AP Credit Products: work closely with market teams and clients to understand the latest payment and benefits trends, clients needs and digital journey expectation; support the Head of Core Products and Segments to drive expansion of company's consumer credit portfolio, in line with the 2030 strategy, driving growth in associated PV and revenue across
• Core benefits management: Manage AP-led benefit programmes across markets, including both company-funded and Merchant-funded benefits; ensure the benefits are tracked and communicated; Support markets in case of any request
• Responsible for revenue target: Work closely with market teams, Sourcing, Marketing and other stakeholders in developing and exploring revenue opportunities via various benefits platforms; ensure our FY25 revenue target is on track
• Other responsibilities like supporting ad hoc projects, client workshops etc.

Your Background

• Min 8-10years or more of working experience in credit, banking, or benefits management
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Deep understanding of the consumer credit landscape
• Solid understanding of both consumer payments and merchant business drivers, experience in working with Sourcing Team and supplier negotiation is a plus
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
• An ability to engage on technical issues and concepts across multiple organization levels
• Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate and manage diverse groups and functions organized within different organizational reporting lines
