Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, designers, programmers, suppliers, and stakeholders, to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects focused on green marine systems for marine vessels within defined timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer, Marine Superintendent or similar role in the marine, shipbuilding or relevant industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering engineering projects.
• Knowledge of marine vessels systems, including electric motors, generators, batteries, power management systems, and control systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marine vessel propulsion systems, including diesel engines, gas turbines, and electric propulsion technologies.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and project management software.

The Project & Prioritisation Manager plays a crucial role in driving organisational transformation by managing the successful delivery of transformation projects that align with the organisation's strategic objectives. • This role will be on the ‘front line’ of innovation opportunities and will quickly assess the incoming items based on predefined criteria as well as on tacit experience.
