• Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks.
  Stop the work if any unsafe conditions are identified.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Lead meetings and presentations to ensure alignment with client’s objectives.

Project Coordination

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or any other discipline related to building construction.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing Town Council’s R&R/NRP projects in a similar capacity in lieu of the educational qualification stipulated above.
• Attended CSCPM
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

At least 5+ years of experience in :

• Banking Industry, as a Project Manager and/or as Business Analyst
• Strong working knowledge of Intellimatch (Reconciliation system)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Strong proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio
• Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
