We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can manage complex events from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events while leading a team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of event projects, from client briefing and proposal development to execution and post-event reporting.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and managing expectations while delivering outstanding service.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, junior PMs, and operational staff. Ensure clear communication, task delegation, and team alignment.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and finance) to prepare detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and partners. Ensure seamless coordination and quality delivery on event day.
• Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on time, and profitably.
• On-Site Management: Lead on-ground execution of events, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing systems and processes to improve efficiency in event planning and execution.
Requirements:
• At least 8-10 years of experience in event management, preferably in corporate events, conferences, and large-scale productions.
• Proven experience in managing multiple events simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in developing proposals, event timelines, and budgets.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
