Key Responsibilities

• You will report to the Project Director for all the project document submission, project schedule tracking, and resources control of all project activities.
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure accuracy of all status submissions to comply with project specifications and clients’ requirements.
• You will be attending meetings with clients and support Project Manager for project coordination and conduct visits if required.
• Continuously develop, maintain, and manage good working relationships within project team and clients.

Job Description:

• As owner of Business Continuity Management (BCM) policies and related sub-policies, the incumbent will develop the business continuity processes and procedures required to deliver the BCM guidelines.
• The incumbent will also be a key member in incident and crisis events, and mitigation of impact from crises events and providing support to respective business functions.
• Provides business continuity documents and templates;
• Collaborates with relevant disciplines to address risks;
• Well versed with MAS BCM requirements

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years Business Continuity Management experience
• Handle business continuity projects in financial industry, corporate banking is preferred
• Experience in developing BCM policy framework

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Min Degree in Civil Engineering (PM) or Min Diploma in Civil Engineering (APM)
• Experience in Construction Private Projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:-

• Oversee the Company’s Singapore and China business operations
• Plan the Company's Chinese strategy, hiring and delegating authority to implement new policies and practices.
• Oversee specific departments in sales, marketing or finance and drive the respective division's China operation
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

We're looking for a candidate who has the following:

• Minimum degree with 6 years experience including 1-2 years of Supervisory experience
• Experience in overseas or China business development is an advantage
• Able to read, write and converse in Chinese
• Ability to plan and organise
