• Manage the physical oil stocks in the Fragrance Sample compactor.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of oil inventory in the Fragrance Sample compactor.

• Be part of the Sample Production team to receive sample requests, plan for sample production and execute the plan.

Job Scope

• Manage the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including arranging the oil in compactor and disposing expired oils on a monthly basis. To generate a monthly report on the list of expired oils to the Sample Library Manager. Upon getting the list of oils to be produced for replenishment, the Sample Coordinator will enter the sample requests into PACE/SAP.
• Control the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Library (e.g. between Sample Production Team, Application Lab, Creation Lab and the Fragrance Library and update the oil inventory daily.
• To receive the sample requests in PACE. If the oil sample is available in the Sample Library, request the oil sample from the compactor into the Sample Production Team for repacking, otherwise, generate the sample requests into SAP, and release the Process Orders into SRMS.
• To liaise with the dispatch service provider and QC sample dispatch riders for delivery of samples and update the inventory.
• For new wins or 1st production, check with the Creation Dept for formula access, reference sample and requests for raw material if they are not available in the inventory system. After the production for the new wins or 1st production, follow up with QC and the dispatch service provider for delivery of samples to customers / requesters.
• Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding.

Requirements

• Diploma in chemistry/applied science/supply chain/engineering
• Prior experience in the same industry would be a plus!

Technical Executive is responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

Supporting VP Marketing APAC for the following:

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
• Campaign execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate brand partnership into overall marketing strategies. Drive execution of joint marketing campaigns and manage both internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure alignment to brand guidelines as well as drive innovative partnership ideas and concepts. Spearhead the development of a dynamic marketing calendar, orchestrating high-impact thematic and tactical campaigns to drive revenue growth. Implement sophisticated audience segmentation strategies to create hyper-targeted, high-converting marketing campaigns.
• Trade marketing: Support Senior Sales Manager to manage trade releases and trade presentations, co-host travel agent visits, develop and implement joint marketing-sales initiatives with key trade partners.
• Public Relations: Management of offline and online media, including hosting of media visits, track published PR articles, enquiries, etc.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budget effectively. Ensure cost-effective execution of marketing partnership initiatives without compromising quality or impact.
• Measurement and Reporting: Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing brand partnerships to measure success and efficacy. Provide regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders on the status and performance of the marketing efforts. Leverage real-time sales insights to refine marketing campaigns for maximum impact on revenue KPIs. Regularly analyze and report on marketing's contribution to sales pipeline and revenue, fine-tuning strategies to optimize performance and exceed targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing & Brand Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing related fields, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Experience in running integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end and having regional experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, given the opportunistic nature of the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for cultivating good and effective relationships with all stakeholders and partners.
• An analytical mind with the ability to appreciate macro and media marketing trends.
• A self-motivated team player with a positive and pro-active attitude with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical transfer of products/projects in assembly, testing, and customer interactions.
• Offer technical support for manufacturing and testing during product builds.
• Assist QC with technical support in resolving RMA issues.
• Support QA in compliance, regulatory matters, customer interactions, and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering and above.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Skilled in managing product/project manufacturing, transfers, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in PCBA manufacturing and testing for products/projects.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment with ISO13485 and FDA standards.

To assist and support the Operations Manager to lead and organize site Operations Team to ensure safety, daily routine, periodic schedule and manpower are available to meet contract standards and requirements.

1. OE will work closely with the OMs to lead and organise site operations

2. OE will learn about manpower deployment and scheduling to help develop cleaning service operations work plans in line with contract standards and requirements
