Project Management

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• Partners the Global Head of HR CIB and Value Stream Leads to build, refine, manage and deliver the holistic, business centric CIB People Agenda in service of the business delivering its strategy. Takes responsibility for the overall management of the Agenda and Book of Work, working closely with colleagues across the CIB HRLT.
• Provides co-leadership to the “Data Informed” Value Stream within the CIB HR Book of Work, defining, articulating and tracking the impact of the People Agenda, and leading the storytelling off the back of that.
• Works across the CIB HR LT in service of a seamless client experience with the landing of the Book of Work that drives business value. • Leads various projects and initiatives on behalf of the Global Head of HR, CIB – across the People Agenda.

Business

• Support the Global Head of HR, CIB with critical, high value Talent, Culture, Performance and Organisation Design with and for the CEOs, CIB and CIB MT.
• Manage ongoing the cadence and operating rhythm of the CIB HR organisation – operating as Chair and Secretary as noted in the ‘Appointment’ section above. Drive meeting effectiveness in service of team and business outcomes.

Processes
