Preferred Qualification & Experience

• Possess WSQ Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.
• Understand Greek culture and have good working knowledge of Greek cuisine would be advantageous but not compulsory.
• Ability to speak standard Greek language would be an advantage as candidate may need to face Greek customers.

Reporting into the Executive Chef, the Junior Sous Chef is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food operation. An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food.

Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.
