Sous Chef, Chinese Banquet

The Chinese Banquet Sous Chef leads the culinary operations for Chinese banquets and catering events, ensuring authentic, high-quality dishes and adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Administration

SCOPE

The Chef de Cuisine will oversee the daily kitchen operations of the assigned restaurant. The incumbent should ideally possess knowledge and expertise in French Brasserie cuisine and is responsible for menu planning, recipe development and costing.
