1. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of food preparation and ensuring food is served to the highest standard.
2. Ensuring that kitchen is up to the safety and cleanliness standards
3. Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
4. Must know the preparation method of various North Indian specialities like Batura, Kaju Kadai, Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Pasanda, Malai Kofta, Amritsari Chole
etc. and South Indian specialities like Dosa, various chutney and sambar.
5. Also understanding of various Indian cooking methods & ingredients
6. Having Knowledge of Tandoor Items like Naan, Tandoori Platter, Kabab etc.
8. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
9. Familiar with all kinds of Indian Sweets like Pista Laug, Kaju Katli, & Anjeer Cake etc . Must know the process to keep them fresh
10. Must have knowledge of preparation of various Chaats, Bhelpuri & Pani Poori
11. Familiar with industry's best practices
12. Carry out other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned
13. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
