Main Responsibilities
· To assist Sous Chef/Executive Chef in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the Kitchen.
· Prepare and execute orders according to standard recipes
· Ensure adequate mise en place at all times
· Ensure consistency of quality of food.
· Ensure food orders execute are in an efficient and timely manner
· Ensure all team members observe and practice relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
· Maintain a positive and close relationship with the team.
Job Requirements:
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in culinary field preferably in Hotel Industry or at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
· Excellent use of various cooking methods,
· Good interpersonal skills
· Perform rotating shifts required.
