• Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
• Position Title: Outlet manager & Chef
• Working Location: 3 alternative locations
• Working Hours: 6 Days a week, 10.30 am-10 pm, Weekly once off
• Salary Package: SG$6800-8200
• Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
• Complete responsibility for outlet
• Order collection and POS system management
• Food production as per provided SOP
• Ensuring every SOP is exactly followed by outlet team
• Online order execution as per instruction
• Inventory management
• Cash management and detailed sales reporting
• Event execution, as per demand
• Staff management for outlet
• Maintain all equipment at outlet at top condition
• Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Any other ad hoc duties required
Candidate must have
• Complete familiarity with Indian cuisine and spices.
• Graduate degree
• 2-6 years’ experience in an Indian F&B set up
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, 10.30 am-10 pm, with scheduled breaks in the day
• Competence with MS Office
• Competent with budgeting and basic accounting
