You'll be in charge of:

• Collaborate with the Management Chefs to create innovative and seasonal menus that align with the restaurant's concept and appeal to a diverse range of guests
• Oversee and participate in food preparation activities, including but not limited to, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
• Lead and mentor culinary team member by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
• Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring the usage of ingredients to minimize waste and control costs
• Assist in developing and managing the kitchen budget, including cost control, pricing, and profit margins
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to maintain open communication and deliver a seamless dining experience for guests
• Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and products
• Leading monthly reports & meetings

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef who will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, following recipes accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Junior Sous Chef will help with planning and contribute to creating innovative and delicious dishes.

• Assisting Head Chef in meal preparation.

As a noodle chef you will be responsible for making the handmade noodle and cooking the noodle. Need a team player to help out at the kitchen when needed to.
