• Support and coordinate for hardware disposal, E.g. Harddisk, media, backup tapes.

• Conduct daily checks to ensure DC temperature at acceptable level, unusual blinking light and sound generated from devices.
• Raise incident in ITSM and monitor till closure.

The Opportunity:

The Job:

• Handles a wide range of systems, including HVAC, air and liquid cooling, power distribution units, CRAC/CRAH units, fire safety, and other infrastructure components.
• Designs, implements, installs, and maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related infrastructure systems.
• Skilled in identifying the impact of system malfunctions on critical facility components.
• Assesses current operations to recommend preventive and proactive maintenance strategies.
• Reviews facility standards and practices to improve maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
• Creates continuous improvement plans to optimize system performance.
• Ensures prompt client notifications via a centralized BMS monitoring system.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline
• 4-5 years professional working experience in Data Center Infrastructure & Facility Management
• Electrical system and components experience is an advantage
• Only Singaporeans.

• Manage inbound customer orders, queries, and complaints via hotline.
• Document customer interactions.
• Resolve issues according to procedures, escalating when necessary.
• Provide feedback on improvement areas based on customer issues.
• Stay updated on processes, products, and pricing.
• Collaborate with operations teams for issue resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

• Office Hours Monday - Friday only

Requirements:

• Min 1 to 2 years of AU / OT nursing experience
• Min Diploma in nursing
