Salary: $13.45 per hour

Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations

Requirements

• At least A level/diploma
• Able to commit immediately
• Good communication skills
• Candidate without experience are welcome to join as training will be provided
